Life Goals. Really that’s all I have to write. Well almost life goals - had I been able to drive home in this sweet little bus THEN I would have hit life goals. But as Maine wedding photographers getting to photograph a vintage VW Bus wedding is a close second. Since before I could drive this was my dream car. It still is, but with the resurgence in popularity, snagging a fully restored bus is a bit out of reach for our finances. When Nick from Life in Focus called to ask if I wanted to participate in this styled shoot for Maine Photobooth Bus Co. I’m pretty sure I screamed YES at the top of my lungs. He didn’t even have to finish the sentence.
I’ve seen Lucy (the bus) around at different bridal shows and I’ve hopped in her for the photobooth at several occasions, but I’ve never gotten to photograph her. Lucy is available for rent for her Photobooth functions at weddings, events, etc. But I also learned she’s available for rent for photoshoots. I know what I’m doing the next time we have family portraits taken! Totally bummed right now that we didn’t book our family portrait photographer for this summer and now she’s full. Next year! We will bring our own surfboards and head right to the beach!
Ok so that’s a full two paragraphs about the bus - but what about the couple you ask! Neil and Tori were and absolute blast to work with as well! They’re not married yet but will be next year! Say what?? Yes this was a styled shoot to help highlight the gorgeousness of the bus. But I mean really - could I have a more gorgeous couple to model? I don’t think so! They both fit the bohemian vibe so well and because they were a real life couple, their energy was so much fun throughout the shoot!
