Iceland - Family Trip | Destination Wedding Photographers

One thing I love about our jobs is the flexibility to really get to spend time with our family doing what we love - Traveling! Unless that travel falls over a weekend from May-October. Hahaha. But we may an exception for last September as it was our 15th wedding anniversary. Dean convinced me to block off two whole weekends in the busiest time of the year to take a trip to Iceland. I was so stressed turning away wedding inquiries for those weekends but in the end, it paid off!

The only problem? I spent the entire trip seeing other couples celebrating their destination weddings in Iceland and here I sat realllllly itching to photograph people in these amazing places. I think the kids got sick of me toting around my camera capturing everything but I just had to!

I will be releasing our itinerary from this trip soon so if you’re planning a family trip or a honeymoon, we’ve got your covered with a full 10-day schedule! We took a little extra time on the South Coast because we wanted to have our own vow-renewal/anniversary images captured in the Katla Ice Caves so we had to buffer a few days there to account for the weather.

But if you’re looking for Iceland Destination Wedding Photographers, please please PLEASE reach out! We are happy to go back and capture you in this otherworldly environment!
