Valentine's Day Yummy Treats (And a few Mardi Gras in there for good balance)
Holy sugar overload batman! I don’t normally get to sample the food I’m photographing but when they’re delicious treats from Cakes For All Seasons I get to.
Everyone wonders what we do in winter months. Beyond getting in all of our travel because there’s no time off once wedding season starts, I work on a lot of concept shoots in the studio and food photography in the home studio. I have to keep those creative juices flowing! This year I really wanted to focus on bringing more work into our home “studio” with food photography. We’ve been working up a storm both in the kitchen AND in the prop shopping department.
I’ve also been working on a family cookbook with photos so there’s been way too much baking, eating, and photographing going on.
