Brittany and Brian's Portland Maine Elopement | Maine Wedding Photographers

Ever dream of running away and getting married? That’s literally what Brittany and Brian did. They were in town for the Maine Marathon and decided while they were here, they were going to get married along the ocean!

It was an absolutely fun day. Catie, from Destination Maine Weddings, and myself picked up the couple in Catie’s yellow Jeep before heading to the Eastern Promenade for their ceremony. Down by water, Brittany was all smiles as her and Brian exchanged vows. There were a few happy tears but lots and lots of smiles!

After their ceremony we headed downtown to the Old Port for some classic Portland Maine scenery! I loved joking around with Brittany and Brian. We highlighted Brittany twirling in her beautiful dress and Brian’s running gear from the marathon the day earlier.

You read that right! Brian ran the marathon just the day before. I would have been curled up on the couch for at least a week after that!
