The Lost Fire Kennebunkport, Maine Wedding | Jorge and Justin

(Good afternoon everybody. Welcome to Kennebunkport. Welcome to the Farmhouse, and welcome to the wedding of Justin & Jorge.) That’s how close friend to the couple, Corey, started the ceremony for Justin and Jorge and a perfect way to represent the blending of two families who spoke two different languages.

Jorge and Justin decided to host their wedding at their absolutely stunning property in Kennebunkport where they spend a great deal of time together, with their dog Klaus, enjoying all that Maine has to offer. Naturally their garden surrounded by fall flowers was the perfect place for their nuptials. The fun thing for their guests is - they didn’t know where they were going! Jorge and Justin had a trolley service that went around to where everyone was staying in town and picked them all up to bring them to a surprise location!

As guests arrived they were greeted by the couple as they strolled down the rose lined road before arriving at the ceremony spot. After many much needed and missed hugs all around the guests helped themselves to the champagne bar the couple had set up and settled in for a ceremony filled with touching moments, happy tears, laughter, and a butterfly release!

After the ceremony guests were picked up in the trolleys once again and shuttled to a culinary experience at The Lost Fire and dancing the evening away to The Groove. Both the band and the restaurant were such a top-notch experience for everyone (I just booked a reservation here for my birthday!). I’m amazed they were still able to get up and dance after their amazing meal but nearly everyone there was on the dance floor from start to finish only taking breaks to cool down and refresh drinks - and maybe grab a petite dessert from the massive dessert bar the chef laid out!
